CANCELLATION POLICY

I just wanted to take a moment to be transparent and keep everyone in the loop. I absolutely adore and love what I do, and truly appreciate every single one of you who chooses to sit in my chair. You are the reason I get to do what I love every day. With that being said, as my schedule continues to stay full (which I’m so very grateful for!), it’s become really important to have a little structure to keep things running smoothly for everyone. Going forward, as of January 1st, I will be requiring a card on file for all appointments. This isn’t to make things complicated—it’s simply to protect my time and ensure that each spot is respected. Here’s what that means: ✨ If you no-show, a 50–100% fee of the service will be charged. ✨ Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment will have a 50% fee. ✨ If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a fee could apply. I completely understand that life happens—kids, work, emergencies, and everything in between. All I ask is for communication ❤️ I will always do my best to work with you when something unexpected comes up.
